Senior Quantity Surveyor Required in Brentwood
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established joinery contractor based in Essex. With a reputation for excellence, they deliver bespoke joinery packages and full fit-out solutions for prestigious clients across the commercial sector.
The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor are:
- Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team
- Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.
- Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progress
- Prepare cashflows for payments in and out
- Carry out measurement for valuations
- Identify Opportunities and risks
- Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have/be:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the joinery and fit out sector.
- A Proven track record of delivering construction projects
- Excellent communication and oral skills
- Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
- Stable employment history
- High-performing individual
