Construction Manager required in Vauxhall
GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake Structural and refurbishment projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors.
The successful candidate will be the lead operational representative on the biggest project our client has undertaken so it is of paramount importance that the client secures a super competent professional who can deliver the scheme on time and within budget.
Project: £4.5m fit out project of a 3 floor NHS Medical centre. Its part of an £80m scheme where the bottom 3 floors are the Healthcare Centre and all the floors above are Residential units.
Rate: £300pd – £400pd
Duration: 6 months
This is a 6-month contract that could lead onto further opportunities with the contractor, however the term will be locked in for a minimum 26 weeks.
Requirements for the Construction Manager:
- Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the Healthcare and live services sectors
- Experience working for a Well-established main contractor
- Experience working as the no.1 Construction Manager
- Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Temporary works
- Trade background is preferential but not essential
