Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to progress their career within a dynamic and specialist subcontracting environment.
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Oversee daily onsite operations and workforce.
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity.
- Manage materials, equipment, and resources.
- Resolve issues and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare site reports and support budgeting/cost control
The Site Manager must have/be:
- Previous experience in the Construction Manager role in our field of expertise.
- Possess knowledge and have relevant training on products and systems in drylining
- SMSTS Certification, CSCS accreditation, NVQ Level 5
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to communicate and converse at all levels of site team.
- Ability to work within set guidelines and systems
