Senior Site Manager / Project Manager required in London

GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake Structural, refurbishment and fit out projects in the Commercial sector.

Project: 13 week Commercial fit out of a luxury marketing suite in the heart of Central London. The project overlooks the Thames and the client have engaged the best of the best in terms of consultants, designers and contractors.

Duration: 13 Weeks

Rate: £300pd – £350pd

Requirements for the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager:

7+ years’ experience as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager
Strong background in refurbishment and fit out construction projects.
Experience working on high-end Commercial refurbishment projects in London
Excellent subcontractor coordination and programme management skills.
Strong IT capability: confident with MS Office, digital reporting tools and construction apps.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative to drive works independently.
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), First Aid.
Clear communicator with strong organisation and leadership qualities.
