Site Manager Required in London
GVR Solutions are representing a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team and oversee projects across London.
As a main contractor they specialise in restoration projects in residential, commercial, education, hospitality and more sectors across London and the South-East, that range from £50k to £5m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating labour, materials, and project schedules.
- Monitoring quality standards and project progress.
- Liaising with clients and project stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reports.
- Good attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager
- Experience in restoration is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
