Freelance Site Manager Required in Southampton
GVR Solutions are working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to join them on an Education project in Southampton.
Project Details:
- Scope: FRA Works – Fire door replacements
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Start Date: 27th July
- Day Rate: £250 – £270pd
The Site Manager must have/be:
- Experience working on Education projects is advantageous
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
- Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Enhanced DBS
