Site Manager Required – Central London
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential developments and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of an exciting new residential development in West London.
Project Details:
- Location: Central London
- Project: Demolition and construction of 4 new build houses
- Project Value: £6.5m
- Programme: 74 weeks
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget
- Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure the project remains on programme and within budget
- Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation at all times
- Lead and manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and professional team
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Ensure all personnel on site are operating as a focused and collaborative team
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Demonstrated track record delivering residential construction projects
- Experience working on new build developments
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors
- A proactive and organised approach
