Site Manager Required in Central London
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential and commercial construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious commercial new build project in the heart of Central London.
Project Details:
- Location: Central London
- Project: Demolition and construction of an 8,500 sqft CAT A commercial development
- Project Value: £5m
- Programme: 68 weeks
- Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget
- Monitor and manage all site activities to ensure works are completed safely and to the highest quality
- Coordinate subcontractors and programme works effectively
- Work closely with the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting
- Build positive relationships with clients and consultants
- Manage Health & Safety across site
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Experience working on new build developments
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Positive and professional approach
