GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and reputable client who are in the market for experienced CAT A Fit out Site Managers to join their special works team.

They are a multi-disciplined sub-contractor who work on CAT A fit out, Builders works, Demolition, Strip out and Enabling works projects on Commercial buildings throughout London.  The majority of their works range in values up to £1m.

They have built a solid reputation within the industry based on extensive knowledge of the latest products and techniques needed to meet the most exacting specifications.

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Experience working on refurbishment and fit out projects in the commercial sector
• CAT A fit out project experience is essential
• Strip out knowledge and experience is desirable
• Experience working as the no.1 Manager
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First aid
