GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and reputable main contractor, who are seeking a Senior Site Manager to work on a Healthcare Fit out project in East London. As a main contractor they get involved in a range of Build, Refurbishment and fit out projects in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential, Hospitality and Listed building sectors with project values up to £10m.

Project: £8m fit out project within the healthcare sector which incudes incredibly fragile installation of an MRI scanner among other pieces of equipment. Extensive M&E packages.

Duration: 33 weeks

Start date: Immediate

Location: East London

For the right candidate this opportunity can either be a permanent position offering £60K – £75K or Freelance with a day rate up to £300pd.

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the Commercial or Healthcare sectors
• Experience working for a Well established main contractor
• Experience working as the no.1 Manager

• Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Temporary works
• Trade background is preferential but not essential
