Site Manager Refurb/Fit-Out

Site Manager required in Harlow

We are working with an existing client who operate within the retail, commercial, hospitality and hotel sector. They undertake works ranging from £100k – £5m so it is extremely important that the successful candidate is versatile, adaptable and is self-sufficient.

Due to continued expansion, the business is looking to boost their existing site team with Site Managers who have refurbishment, Fit out experience and strong Health and Saftey records.

This is fantastic opportunity to join a very exciting business with a solid and sustained client base.

As a Site Manager you will:

• Manage the project and day to day running
• Manage the Sub-Contractors
• Make sure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
• Monitor and make sure the programme is running to schedule
• Complete daily Site diary
• Liaise with the Client regular

The Site Manager must have/be:

• A detailed knowledge and understanding of refurbishment, Fit out within retail, commercial and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• A stable employment history
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised
• Strong heath and safety record
• Excellent problem-solving skills
