Refurbishment Project Manager

We are working with an existing client who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in London.

The client get involved in Refurbishment and Fit out projects within the Prime Residential, Commercial and Shop Fitting sectors.

The Project Manager will be site based and will oversee multiple projects throughout London and surrounding areas.

As the Project Manager you will:

• Be accountable for day to day running of the project
• Liaise with Client and ensure Client Satisfaction through-out the project
• Ownership & Leadership of the team
• Attend pre-contract and Site meetings from start to finish
• Liaise with Internal teams on project progress and problems
• Liaise with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards
• Establish relationships with Subcontractors and Site Manager to ensure smooth running or the project
• Work with Internal teams regarding procurement
• Reporting all aspects of the project, Cost, timeframes, problems, risks, solutions
• Ensure the company’s Health and Safety Policy, Procedures and Statutory regulations are implemented, maintained and achieved on site throughout all trades on the project.
• Assess all risks with regard to Health and Safety, progress of the contract, quality and costs.
• Carry out inspections with regard to Health and Safety, site cleanliness and quality.
