Estimator/Surveyor

We are working with an existing client who are looking for an Estimator/Surveyor to join their team in Essex.

The client specialises in refurbishment and fit out projects across all sectors, project values can be up to £5m but they mainly tender for work up to £1.5m, so this would suit someone who is use to tendering for projects around that size.

You must be able to demonstrate working for a fit out and refurbishment contractor and previous experince working in a dual role.

The role will be based at their office in Essex and you will be required to meet clients and build relationships with them.
