GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and growing main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Due to a positive increase in project workload and pipeline they are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their team.

As a business they work in the Commercial, Healthcare and Aviation sectors providing both refurbishment and fit out services with values up to £10m.

The Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or construction related courses
• Minimum of 7 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience working for a main contractor
• Experience working on both fit out and refurbishment projects in London
• Managed complete life cycle of projects including closing out of final accounts
• Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting
• Self-sufficient
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Excellent communication and oral skills
• Stable employment history
• High-performing individual
• Versatile
• Excellent time keeping skills
