🔨 1st Fix Carpenter Required – Emerson Park 🔨

We are currently looking for an experienced 1st Fix Carpenter for a short-term project on a large residential property in Emerson Park.

This role will suit a carpenter who is confident with roof structures and can hit the ground running on a high-end job.

🛠️ Scope of Works

1st fix carpentry
Roofing works including trusses
Structural timber work associated with roof construction
Working as part of a skilled site team on a large residential build

⏰ Working Hours

08:00 – 16:00

💷 Pay Rate

£220 per day
Weekly pay

📅 Duration

3–4 weeks’ work available

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter
Strong roofing and truss installation experience
Own tools and PPE
CSCS card preferred
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a high standard
