GVR Building Services are currently recruiting for a Banksman / Labourer to join a project in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the movement of vehicles on site while also carrying out general labouring duties to support the site team.

Duties

Directing and marshalling vehicles safely around site
Assisting with vehicle movements and deliveries
Carrying out general labouring duties
Supporting trades and site operatives
Keeping work areas clean and safe
Following site health and safety procedures

Requirements

Previous experience as a Banksman or Labourer
Experience directing vehicles on a construction site
Reliable and safety-conscious approach
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a site team
Relevant Banksman/Traffic Marshal ticket preferred
