At GVR Building Services, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a project in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
This Carpenter role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to secure 4–6 weeks of work carrying out specialist fire door installations. The successful Carpenter will be responsible for completing high-quality 2nd fix works while ensuring all installations meet required standards and regulations.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter with strong fire door installation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on site.
As a Carpenter, your responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out 2nd fix fire door installations
• Ensuring all fire doors are installed to specification
• Completing works to a high standard of finish
• Working safely and efficiently on site
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all site health and safety procedures
To be considered for this Carpenter role, candidates must have:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Experience carrying out fire door installations
• Valid Skilled Worker Level 2 Blue CSCS Card
• Own tools and transport
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and professional attitude
