At GVR Building Services, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a project in Deptford, South East London.
This Carpenter role offers an excellent opportunity to secure three weeks of work carrying out a variety of 2nd fix carpentry tasks on site. The successful Carpenter will be responsible for producing high-quality finishes and working efficiently to project specifications.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
As a Carpenter, your responsibilities will include:
- Building MDF encasements for boilers
- Constructing backboards for beds
- Carrying out general 2nd fix carpentry
- Producing high-quality finishes
- Working safely and efficiently on site
- Following all site health & safety procedures
To be considered for this Carpenter role, candidates should have:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Experience carrying out 2nd fix carpentry
- Own tools and PPE
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
- Reliable and professional attitude
