At GVR Building Services, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Improver to join a project in Southwark, Greater London.
This Electrical Improver role offers an excellent opportunity to secure 3 months of work on a well-managed project carrying out fire alarm installations. The successful Electrical Improver will have experience with both 1st and 2nd fix electrical work and be confident working alongside electricians to deliver high-quality installations.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Electrical Improver with a strong work ethic and commercial installation experience.
As an Electrical Improver, your responsibilities will include:
- Installing fire alarm systems
- Assisting with 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations
- Working from drawings and site specifications
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
To be considered for this Electrical Improver role, candidates should have:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Improver
- Experience with 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations
- Fire alarm installation experience preferred
- Valid ECS/CSCS Card
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and professional attitude
