At GVR Building Services, we are currently representing a reputable client who is looking to recruit experienced Painters and Decorators for a void property refurbishment project in Gillingham.
This Painters and Decorators role offers an excellent opportunity to secure 10 weeks of work on a refurbishment project with a well-established contractor. The successful Painters and Decorators will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes across residential void properties.
We are seeking reliable Painters and Decorators who can work efficiently, maintain high standards of workmanship, and contribute to the successful completion of the project.
Duties:
• Preparing surfaces ready for decoration
• Internal painting and decorating works
• Filling, sanding, and making good surfaces
• Applying paint finishes to a high standard
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Painters and Decorators
• Valid Green CSCS Card
• Own tools and PPE
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and professional approach to work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
