GVR Building Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established company working across housing association properties in South-East London.
This is a permanent opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused plumber looking for long-term stability, regular work and excellent earning potential through overtime, commission and on-call work.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and domestic plumbing repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, showers and pipework
- Installing water cylinders, water supply pipes and waste fittings
- Attending customer properties and providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work meets health, safety and compliance standards
- Completing work efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent – certificate required
- Full, manual UK driving licence – maximum 6 points
- Previous reactive maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools
