In April 2024, Directors Geoff Vincent and Tom Dulieu founded GVR Building Services, combining their expertise to create a leading force in the M&E sector.

Geoff, who established GVR Solutions in 2019, sought to expand into M&E having identified there was a gap in the market for an efficient, honest recruitment partner that can offer cross-pollination and introductions into main contractors. Meanwhile, Tom, with a proven track record in supplying top-tier Mechanical & Electrical labour, was ready to launch his own venture.

GVR Building Services specialises in providing skilled M&E operatives & professionals across London and the South-East. With Geoff’s strong foothold in Main Contracting and Tom’s deep expertise in M&E staffing, success was inevitable.

Over the next 18 months, the business aims to significantly expand our M&E division, working closely with GVR Solutions to offer a complete construction workforce solution.
