At GVR Building Services, we are currently representing a reputable client who is looking to recruit an experienced Floor Layer for a void property refurbishment project in Gillingham.<\/p>\n
This Floor Layer role offers an excellent opportunity to secure 10 weeks of work on a refurbishment project with a well-established contractor. The successful Floor Layer will be carrying out specialist flooring works within residential void properties and must have experience with Cap and Cove flooring installations.<\/p>\n
We are seeking a reliable Floor Layer who can work independently, maintain high standards of workmanship, and deliver quality finishes throughout the project.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Installing Cap and Cove flooring
\n\u2022 Preparing surfaces prior to installation
\n\u2022 Carrying out flooring works within void properties
\n\u2022 Ensuring high-quality finishes across all areas
\n\u2022 Working safely and efficiently as a Floor Layer on site
\n\u2022 Following site health and safety procedures<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proven experience as a Floor Layer
\n\u2022 Experience installing Cap and Cove flooring
\n\u2022 Valid Green CSCS Card
\n\u2022 Own tools and PPE
\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
\n\u2022 Reliable and professional approach to work<\/p>\n
