At GVR Building Services, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team working across South East London.<\/p>\n
This Reactive Maintenance Plumber role involves attending domestic and commercial properties to carry out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance works. The successful Reactive Maintenance Plumber will be confident working independently, diagnosing issues, and delivering high-quality first-time fixes.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Reactive Maintenance Plumber who can provide excellent customer service while working across occupied and void properties.<\/p>\n
As a Reactive Maintenance Plumber, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs across residential properties
\n\u2022 Diagnosing and fixing plumbing faults on first visit where possible
\n\u2022 General plumbing maintenance and repair works
\n\u2022 Working in occupied and void properties
\n\u2022 Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
\n\u2022 Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard
\n\u2022 Maintaining health and safety compliance on site<\/p>\n
To be considered for this Reactive Maintenance Plumber role, candidates must have:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proven experience as a Reactive Maintenance Plumber
\n\u2022 Strong domestic and\/or commercial plumbing experience
\n\u2022 NVQ or equivalent plumbing qualification preferred
\n\u2022 Full UK driving licence (preferred)
\n\u2022 Own tools and PPE
\n\u2022 Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage workload<\/p>\n
