We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established contractor working across housing association properties throughout Essex, North-West Kent, and South East London.<\/p>\n
This Reactive Maintenance Plumber role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing maintenance team, carrying out essential domestic plumbing repairs and reactive maintenance works across occupied residential properties. The successful Reactive Maintenance Plumber will be confident working independently, diagnosing faults, and delivering high-quality first-time fixes.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a reliable and professional Reactive Maintenance Plumber with strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple domestic properties.<\/p>\n
As a Reactive Maintenance Plumber, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across housing association properties
\n\u2022 Diagnosing and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, showers, and pipework
\n\u2022 Installing water cylinders, water supply pipes, and waste fittings
\n\u2022 Working in occupied residential homes
\n\u2022 Providing excellent customer service on every visit
\n\u2022 Ensuring all work meets health & safety and compliance standards
\n\u2022 Completing first-time fixes wherever possible<\/p>\n
To be considered for this Reactive Maintenance Plumber role, you must have:<\/p>\n
\u2022 NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (6089\/6189) or equivalent \u2013 certificate required
\n\u2022 Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
\n\u2022 Strong communication and customer service skills
\n\u2022 Own tools
\n\u2022 Ability to pass enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial and right-to-work checks
\n\u2022 Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach<\/p>\n
