Maintenance Plumber to join a permanent maintenance team covering South East London.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1853\">The successful candidate will carry out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs across domestic properties, providing a professional and customer-focused service.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\" data-section-id=\"gvb9lo\" data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1865\">Duties<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"2273\">\n<li data-section-id=\"wwl89i\" data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1932\">Carrying out reactive maintenance and domestic plumbing repairs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16tnj2v\" data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1965\">Diagnosing and repairing leaks<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q104da\" data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"2013\">Repairing taps, toilets, showers and pipework<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1x1r1d9\" data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2042\">Installing water cylinders<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qt6nv7\" data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2093\">Installing water supply pipes and waste fittings<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1q55kgm\" data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2158\">Identifying plumbing faults and completing repairs efficiently<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zv3v8w\" data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2198\">Delivering excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zribm4\" data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2273\">Working in accordance with health and safety and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\" data-section-id=\"14esvje\" data-start=\"2275\" data-end=\"2291\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2606\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1sl4mhh\" data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2367\">NVQ Level 2 (6089\/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent \u2013 certificate required<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jvz26p\" data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2427\">Full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tsy01w\" data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2480\">Previous reactive maintenance experience preferred<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h3h03v\" data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2531\">Strong communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18dgqmq\" data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2557\">Right to work in the UK<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oa925x\" data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2569\">Own tools<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19ets06\" data-start=\"2570\" data-end=\"2606\">Reliable and professional
