Maintenance Plumber to join a permanent maintenance team covering Dartford, Kent and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3678\" data-end=\"3859\">This role will involve attending domestic properties and carrying out a range of reactive plumbing maintenance and repair works while delivering a professional service to customers.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\" data-section-id=\"gvb9lo\" data-start=\"3861\" data-end=\"3871\">Duties<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3873\" data-end=\"4274\">\n<li data-section-id=\"x4rjx9\" data-start=\"3873\" data-end=\"3917\">Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"a6e96q\" data-start=\"3918\" data-end=\"3956\">Completing domestic plumbing repairs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16tnj2v\" data-start=\"3957\" data-end=\"3989\">Diagnosing and repairing leaks<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q104da\" data-start=\"3990\" data-end=\"4037\">Repairing taps, toilets, showers and pipework<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1x1r1d9\" data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4066\">Installing water cylinders<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qt6nv7\" data-start=\"4067\" data-end=\"4117\">Installing water supply pipes and waste fittings<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3b8e4w\" data-start=\"4118\" data-end=\"4173\">Identifying faults and completing repairs efficiently<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t9o5gj\" data-start=\"4174\" data-end=\"4212\">Providing excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"enyx56\" data-start=\"4213\" data-end=\"4274\">Maintaining high health and safety and compliance standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\" data-section-id=\"14esvje\" data-start=\"4276\" data-end=\"4292\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4294\" data-end=\"4594\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1sl4mhh\" data-start=\"4294\" data-end=\"4368\">NVQ Level 2 (6089\/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent \u2013 certificate required<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jvz26p\" data-start=\"4369\" data-end=\"4428\">Full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tsy01w\" data-start=\"4429\" data-end=\"4481\">Previous reactive maintenance experience preferred<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ay4j09\" data-start=\"4482\" data-end=\"4511\">Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9jkxay\" data-start=\"4512\" data-end=\"4556\">Professional and customer-focused approach<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18dgqmq\" data-start=\"4557\" data-end=\"4582\">Right to work in the UK<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oa925x\" data-start=\"4583\" data-end=\"4594\">Own tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"4596\" data-end=\"4689\">The role is subject to Enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work
