This opportunity is to join their rapidly growing glass partitioning team<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Responsibilities of the Site \/ Senior Site Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of Safety (includes use of the online Fieldwire system for RAMS, Safe starts, daily diary, TBT, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Attending daily site meetings for safety, progress and trade con-ordination<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of Safety documents and updating of progress via Smartsheets (online programme management system)<\/li>\n<li>Good use of the Microsoft suite<\/li>\n<li>Management if housekeeping<\/li>\n<li>Management of all deliveries and the booking of these via the online booking system<\/li>\n<li>Management of Quality and meeting the standards.<\/li>\n<li>Reading and understanding of construction drawings<\/li>\n<li>Management of the site resources and co-ordination with other trade contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that our site resources have all materials and planned works ready so there is no down time that could lead to a commercial impact to the financials on the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Site Manager must have\/be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 4 years experience in site management<\/li>\n<li>Internal glazing experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent health and safety management<\/li>\n<li>Trained in SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ level 3 as minimum with CSCS gold as minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in the Site Manager role then please get in touch today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"job-type":[26],"sector":[22],"class_list":["post-252","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry","job-type-full-time","sector-facilities-management"],"acf":[],"publishpress_future_workflow_manual_trigger":{"enabledWorkflows":[]},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gvr.solutions\/gvr-building-services\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/252","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gvr.solutions\/gvr-building-services\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gvr.solutions\/gvr-building-services\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gvr.solutions\/gvr-building-services\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=252"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job-type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gvr.solutions\/gvr-building-services\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-type?post=252"},{"taxonomy":"sector","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gvr.solutions\/gvr-building-services\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/sector?post=252"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
