Our client is a well-established firm working on housing association properties across Essex and London, and they\u2019re looking for a reliable reactive maintenance plumber to join their growing team.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd\u00a0<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Stansted\u00a0and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd27\u00a0<strong>The Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a reactive maintenance plumber, you\u2019ll be responsible for keeping homes running smoothly by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out reactive maintenance and domestic plumbing repairs<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosing and fixing leaks, taps, toilets, showers and pipework<\/li>\n<li>Installing water cylinders, water supply pipes and waste fittings<\/li>\n<li>Delivering excellent service on every customer visit<\/li>\n<li>Working to the highest health &amp; safety and compliance standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2705\u00a0<strong>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NVQ Level 2 (6089\/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent \u2013 certificate required<\/li>\n<li>Full, manual UK driving licence (6 points max)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude<\/li>\n<li>The right to work in the UK<br \/>\nPlease note: This role requires enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work checks.
