Geoff started his career on the tools as a Chippy before moving into Construction Recruitment in 2006. Having worked his way up from Trainee level, he successfully developed a once-dormant Essex region into one of the most profitable desks in the country, gaining Director status along the way.
He puts great emphasis on building and maintaining transparent, long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates where everyone in the process is valued.
Geoff formed GVR Solutions to make a difference in the recruitment industry; his role within the business is to secure new clients and ensure GVR’s continued growth and success by recruiting the best talent the industry has to offer.
Interests: Football, golf, family time and fine dining.
