Contracts Manager required in Essex

With decades of experience in the industry, this contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment works across sectors including Commercial, Hospitality, High-end Residential, Leisure and Listed Building sectors. Key responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple fit-out/refurb projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site.
- Lead and support project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
Requirements for the Contracts Manager:
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager position working for a Main contractor
- Proven experience working on Multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
