Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor required in NW London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and well-established main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor join their commercial team on a freelance basis for a challenging and complex heritage commercial cut and carve refurbishment project in NW London.
Position: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: North West London
Salary / Rate: £375pd – £400pd
The Freelance Quantity Surveyor must have/be:
- A detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying working for a main contractor
- Experience working on challenging refurbishment contracts
- Minimum of 7 years Quantity Surveying experience within the main contracting environment
- Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting
- Self-sufficient
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects
- Excellent communication and oral skills
- Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
- Stable employment history
