Freelance Site Manager Required in Southampton

GVR Solutions are working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to join them on an Education project in Southampton.

Project Details:

Scope: FRA Works – Fire door replacements
Duration: 6 weeks
Start Date: 27th July
Day Rate: £250 – £270pd

The Site Manager must have/be:

Experience working on Education projects is advantageous
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
Strong health & safety awareness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Enhanced DBS
