GVR Solutions are working with a leading specialist interior contractor, recognised for delivering exceptional joinery, drylining, and high-end fit out projects across the commercial sector. Known for their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, they work with prestigious clients and design teams to deliver outstanding spaces in some of London’s most iconic buildings.
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in North West London, to oversee and deliver high-quality fit out and interior packages from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage the delivery of interior fit out, drylining and joinery projects from start to finish.
- Lead site teams, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently and to specification.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and progress.
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, design integration and material procurement.
- Drive a culture of safety, professionalism and accountability on site.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit out, interiors, or specialist contracting sector.
- Strong technical knowledge across joinery, drylining, and interior construction disciplines.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmes.
- Confident communicator, capable of building positive relationships with clients and teams alike.
