Project Manager Required in Hampstead

GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well established main contractor on a high-end residential fit-out project in West Hampstead, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Project Details:

High-end residential development
28 luxury apartments
Fit-out phase commencing within the next 4 weeks
14–16 month programme
Day rate: £350–£400

The Project Manager must have/be:

Experience on high-end residential projects
Proficiency in Asta Power Project
A high level of quality control
Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client
Documentation & reporting skills
