Senior Quantity Surveyor Required in Ardleigh

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor of all levels to join a well-established drylining contractor based in Essex. This particular client specialise in suspended ceilings, plastering and SFS projects across the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Educational sector plus more.

The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager are:

Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team
Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.
Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progress
Prepare cashflows for payments in and out
Carry out measurement for valuations
Identify Opportunities and risks
Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager must have/be:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Drylining sector.
A Proven track record of delivering construction projects
Excellent communication and oral skills
Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
Stable employment history
High-performing individual
