This Mechanical Supervisor position will see you overseeing key mechanical packages on a large-scale development, working closely with the site team to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. With a 9-month programme in place, this Mechanical Supervisor role offers stability and consistency for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising all mechanical works as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Overseeing sprinkler system installations
- Supervising AC and ventilation systems
- Managing hot and cold water systems
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with programme
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and site coordination
- Ability to manage multiple trades and workstreams
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
