We are currently recruiting for an experienced Duct Fitter and Duct Mate team to join a high-profile project in a prestigious hotel located in London’s West End. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Duct Fitter and Duct Mate team to secure long-term work on one of London’s most iconic and well-managed sites.
This Duct Fitter and Duct Mate role involves working within a live luxury hospitality environment, carrying out essential ventilation and fire safety remedial works. The successful Duct Fitter / Duct Mate team will be working closely with the site management team to deliver high-quality, compliant installations and remedial works.
Duties of the Duct Fitter & Duct Mate
As a Duct Fitter and Duct Mate team, you will be responsible for specialist remedial works across ventilation systems in a live environment.
- Carrying out Fire Damper remedial works across ductwork systems
- Replacing, fixing, and resetting fire dampers
- Supporting ventilation system modifications where required
- Working as a coordinated Duct Fitter and Duct Mate team
- Ensuring all works meet strict fire safety compliance standards
- Maintaining high standards expected within a luxury hotel environment
Requirements for the Duct Fitter & Duct Mate
To be considered for this Duct Fitter and Duct Mate role, candidates must have:
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter or Duct Mate
- Strong experience with fire damper installations or remedial works
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own tools and full PPE
- Ability to work as a team (Duct Fitter & Duct Mate pairing preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
