We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Trade Operatives across South London to join ongoing refurbishment works on privately owned residential properties. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative looking for consistent work across multiple locations.
The successful Multi Trade Operative will be working on high-quality domestic refurbishment projects, carrying out a range of finishing and second fix works across occupied and unoccupied properties.
Job Details
- Position: Multi Trade Operative
- Location: South London (Bromley, Wandsworth, Clapham & surrounding areas)
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
- Rate: £25.00 per hour
- Duration: 3 months+
- Start: Immediate
Works Include
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Hanging doors
- Installing skirting boards
- Fitting architraves
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring installation
- Kitchen fitting
- General refurbishment duties
Requirements
To be successful in this Multi Trade Operative role:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
- Strong background in domestic refurbishment
- Ability to carry out multiple finishing trades
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently
