The successful Reactive Maintenance Plumber will carry out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential housing association properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Reactive Maintenance Plumber who takes pride in delivering a right-first-time service while working safely and efficiently.
As a Reactive Maintenance Plumber, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and domestic maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, showers, and pipework
Installing water cylinders, water supply pipes, and waste fittings
Delivering excellent customer service during every visit
Working in accordance with health & safety and compliance standards
Maintaining accurate records of completed works
Requirements for the Reactive Maintenance Plumber
To be considered for this Reactive Maintenance Plumber role, candidates should have:
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (6089/6189) or equivalent
Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Own tools
Right to work in the UK
Ability to pass Enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background, and right-to-work checks
