GVR Building Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join a permanent maintenance team covering South East London.
The successful candidate will carry out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs across domestic properties, providing a professional and customer-focused service.
Duties
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and domestic plumbing repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks
- Repairing taps, toilets, showers and pipework
- Installing water cylinders
- Installing water supply pipes and waste fittings
- Identifying plumbing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Working in accordance with health and safety and compliance requirements
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent – certificate required
- Full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Previous reactive maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools
- Reliable and professional approach
The role is subject to Enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work checks.
