GVR Building Services are currently looking for experienced Duct Fitters to join a project in Reading.
The successful candidates will be working as part of an experienced ductwork team, initially carrying out alterations to existing ductwork before progressing onto internal installation works.
Rate: £30.00 – £31.00 per hour
Duties
- Lowering and modifying existing ductwork
- Carrying out internal ductwork installations
- Installing and assembling ductwork systems
- Measuring, positioning and securing ductwork
- Working from drawings and site specifications
- Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter
- Previous commercial ductwork experience
- Relevant CSCS card
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work effectively as part of a site team
- Strong understanding of ductwork installation and fitting
