Site / Senior Site Manager required in Central London
GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site / Senior Site Manager to work for a well established and growing niche contractor. This opportunity is to join their rapidly growing glass partitioning team
The Responsibilities of the Site / Senior Site Manager:
- Management of Safety (includes use of the online Fieldwire system for RAMS, Safe starts, daily diary, TBT, etc.
- Attending daily site meetings for safety, progress and trade con-ordination
- Drafting of Safety documents and updating of progress via Smartsheets (online programme management system)
- Good use of the Microsoft suite
- Management if housekeeping
- Management of all deliveries and the booking of these via the online booking system
- Management of Quality and meeting the standards.
- Reading and understanding of construction drawings
- Management of the site resources and co-ordination with other trade contractors.
- Ensuring that our site resources have all materials and planned works ready so there is no down time that could lead to a commercial impact to the financials on the project.
The Site Manager must have/be:
- At least 4 years experience in site management
- Internal glazing experience preferred
- Excellent health and safety management
- Trained in SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ level 3 as minimum with CSCS gold as minimum.
- Must be computer literate
